About Sarah

Sarah has dedicated over a decade to client-led businesses, seamlessly blending wellness, travel, and hospitality. After moving to Barbados in 2017, she found purpose in assisting both tourists and locals through her concierge services while deepening her work as a meditation, mindfulness, and Reiki therapist and coach.

Her passion for wellness naturally expanded into writing, leading her to craft travel and wellness articles, as well as freelance pieces spanning diverse subjects such as HR and architecture.

Today, Sarah is channeling her experience and heart-centered approach into a series of children's books rooted in mindfulness, alongside the development of Akida Life Courses, which empower individuals to integrate mindful practices and tech into their daily lives.

"My mission is to apply the core values I’ve cultivated—through holding space for clients and my own personal journey—to all areas of life. I believe life can be both healthy and nurturing; as a woman, a mother, a wife, in my career, and as a human. I want to always walk in this truth."

Sarah’s journey in wellness began over a decade ago with Reiki, in which she is a fully certified Reiki Master Teacher. She is also a certified Calm Birth® teacher, specializing in meditation techniques designed to support pregnancy, birth, and parenting.

Her expertise is further enriched by a Meditation Teacher Diploma, formal studies in Mindfulness and Buddhism, and seven years as the owner of a UK-based spa, where she actively worked as a therapist. With a deep passion for wellness coaching and client care, she continuously explores ancient teachings and modern research to enhance her practice.

At the heart of Sarah’s career is a profound gratitude for the life she has built in the tropics—where the ocean is always within reach, and the soothing chorus of singing frogs fills the night air, bringing peace to her heart.

  • When we weave heart-centered mindfulness into business and personal growth, success becomes more than just achievement—it becomes alignment. True fulfillment comes from building with intention, leading with purpose, and creating with compassion.

  • True success is not measured by what we achieve alone, but by the depth of alignment between our purpose, passion, and the impact we create.

  • Growth is not about striving—it’s about deepening. The more we anchor into presence, the more we expand into possibility.
